This relic was recovered in Ohio and is made from a Jewel Grade Flint Ridge material. The piece has numerous iron deposits and some iron staining on the hinges. The material has a very nice variation in color ranging from a lavender blue/grey to light cream colored flint with a light orange hue at the tip. Ex. Steve Olineck Collection.
